My experience in just a week of being moved in here has been nothing short of amazing. The property manager and staff have taken great care of us. The apartment itself is set up so nicely, and the environment here is so welcoming. There’s a strong sense of community here which I love. I lived here for 7 months in a renovated apartment. The place had all major facilities and it was very good but the basement and carpet could be little clean. One of the issues I faced was, sometimes people from other apt in the same building if they smoke weed, the smell will come through the vents. But overall I would suggest this place, lot of children playing outdoors along with their parents in summer, surely feels like home.

These apartments are great for the price and location. The leasing office team is wonderful and very supportive. Special mention to property manager Jade and maintenance guy Wayne! Jade is awesome and has helped me a lot during my move-in and move-out times. Maintenance requests are completely within a day or two. For this price, I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the best place I have ever rented from. Michael has been such a help from the very start. Answering any questions I have as well as dealing with my maintenance issues promptly. I have not ever dealt with such proficiency in a receptionist before! Don’t get me started on Jay who has been extremely thorough with answering any questions I’ve had and helping me transition with my move.
